Interested in using our barn for an event?

Many have asked and the Lord has made a way! We are so excited to be able to allow use of our beautiful, climate-controlled barn for approved events and gatherings on a donation based structure. We can accommodate up to 100 guests. Tables and chairs are included for your use.

Because our barn is part of Willow Haven Ministries, it is more than just an event space. It is a place we believe God has entrusted to us to serve, encourage, and bring people together in a welcoming, Christ-centered environment.

We welcome inquiries from those whose values align with the heart and mission of Willow Haven Ministries. Our barn may be considered for a variety of gatherings, including showers, birthday parties, family reunions, church gatherings, Bible studies, meetings, small celebrations, community events, and other special occasions. All event requests are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to decline a request when an event, activity, or use of the property does not align with the mission, values, guidelines, or intended use of Willow Haven Ministries.

If your values align with ours, we invite you to complete our Barn Use Request Form. Each request will be personally reviewed, and approval will be based on the nature and purpose of the event and its alignment with our ministry guidelines.

Please read our rules and regulations below BEFORE submitting a form.

Treat the property with respect and care, and conduct yourselves in a matter consistent with a ministry and/or church setting.

Use the barn and surrounding grounds only for the agreed-upon event.

Use of the barn for the allotted amount of time. You'll be allowed 2 hours prior for setup and 1 hour afterwards for clean up.

Leave the property in the same condition it was found. Tables and chairs are available for guests to use and they will be setup. You are welcome to move them, but we ask that you put them back the way you found them.

Remove all trash, decorations, food, and personal belongings before leaving.

Place trash in the containers located at the end of the house.

Be responsible for the conduct of all guests attending the event.

Supervise all children at all times, especially near the pond and wooded areas.

Absolutely NO SWIMMING in the pond.

Respect neighboring properties by keeping noise/music at a reasonable level. Must follow local noise guidelines.

No Alcohol (No Exceptions).
No open flame candles.
No removing pictures off the walls.
No firearms, fireworks, or explosives of any kind.
Outside catering is allowed but must be licensed and insured.
No confetti, glitter, rice, or other decor that will be difficult to clean from the grounds. Biodegradable options such as live flower petals or bubbles are welcome.
No pets allowed except for registered service animals.
Guests should remain in the designated areas of the property.
Smoking/vaping is only permitted in designated outdoor areas and all cigarette butts must be disposed of in the proper receptacles.
All decor, rentals, and/or personal items must be removed after the event is over unless prior arrangements are made.
Guests are to enter the property at their own risks.
