Ladies fellowship nights at Willow Haven is a special night set apart for women to gather in worship, prayer, and sisterhood. Each month, we come together with open hearts to encounter the presence of God - believing for souls to be saved, faith to be restored, and hearts to be made new. These nights are about more than just music and messages; they're about transformation, healing, and experiencing the redeeming love of Jesus together.
We believe that there is something powerful about sharing what God has done in our lives. Our testimonies carry hope - they remind others that the same God who showed up for us can show up for them too. When we speak about His faithfulness, we breathe life into weary hearts and shine light into dark places. Every story of redemption, healing, and restoration declares the goodness of God and builds faith in those who hear it. Your story matters. It's not just about where you've been, but about how far God has brought you. When we testify, we turn our pain into purpose and our past into a platform for His glory.
My hope for these events is that you will walk onto this property and feel God's tangible presence. You may enter with heaviness, but I pray that you'll feel so at peace while here that you'll lay everything down at the feet of Jesus and walk out feeling renewed and redeemed. We are called to stand together - to love and encourage one another. There is absolutely no judgement here at Willow Haven. No matter where you are at in life, our number one goal is to point you to Jesus and walk alongside you as you begin to make your way towards Him. I've worked in customer service pretty much my whole life. One thing that was instilled in my brain many years ago was this: If a customer asks where something was, don't just point to it; walk them to it. It's funny how something that used to be annoying is now something that I value. I don't just want to point you to Jesus and pray that you find Him. I want to walk with you every step of the way to make sure you don't get lost. Because just as there are so many distractions in the store that pull you away from what you were searching for, life is full of distractions that try to pull you away from Jesus.
August Ladies Fellowship Night
“Lei” It All Down at our Ladies Fellowship Night LUAU!
We are excited to announce our guest speaker, Nicole Johns, to our August Ladies Fellowship Night! At just 23 years old, Nicole is a passionate follower of Christ who has recently stepped out in faith and embraced God’s calling on her life. After courageously stepping outside of her comfort zone to lead a young adult small group, she has now stepped into a bigger calling where she serves as the Young Adult Director at East Bay Worship Center.
Nicole has a heart for encouraging others, especially the younger generation, to trust God, walk in obedience, and boldly say “yes” to whatever God calls us to do. We know her testimony and message will inspire women of all ages to grow deeper in their faith and embrace God’s purpose for their lives so come expecting an evening of encouragement, fellowship, and a powerful word from the Lord!
We are doing a Luau Theme this month to celebrate the final days of summer. So grab your Hawaiian shirts and grass skirts. We’ll enjoy delicious food, sweet fellowship, lots of laughter, and an encouraging message that will leave your heart refreshed.

September Ladies Fellowship Night
Our guest speaker will be Stefanie Pritchett.
Stefanie is a devoted wife, loving mom, successful realtor, and faithful pastor who serves alongside her head pastor at New Beginning Christian Fellowship Church. She has such a heart for building up the Kingdom of God. She may wear many hats, but once you get to know her, you instantly know that serving the Lord and His people are her top priority. It’s obvious that her greatest desire is to bring glory to the Lord in everything she does.
Stefanie is passionate about encouraging others to grow in their faith, trust God’s plan for their life, and walk confidently in the purpose He has for them. Her authenticity, servant’s heart, and love for Jesus shine through every area of her life. She radiates the light of Jesus so profoundly.

October Ladies Fellowship Night
Willow Haven Ministries One Year Anniversary Celebration!
Join us as we celebrate one year of hosting Ladies Fellowship Nights! I, Carrie Cortes, founder of Willow Haven Ministries, will be sharing the heartfelt testimony behind how God birthed this ministry. Through seasons of brokenness, healing, restoration, and unwavering faith, I will share the journey of God’s grace and the “why” behind Willow Haven Ministries. You’ll hear how the Lord took a personal testimony and transformed it into a ministry dedicated to helping women discover hope, healing, and their identity in Christ.
Come celebrate all that God has done over the past year, hear about where we’re headed in the future, worship with us, enjoy a wonderful evening fellowship, and be encouraged by the faithfulness of a God who still writes beautiful redemption stories. Whether you’ve been with with us from the beginning or this is your first time joining us, we’d love to celebrate this incredible milestone with you!

Ladies Fellowship Night (July)
Our guest speaker will be Cindy LeMoine.
Join us for a powerful evening of fellowship, worship, encouragement, and a life-changing testimony! This month, we are honored to welcome Cindy to the WHM stage. She is the author of A Walk Out of the Woods: My Journey Out of Performance-Based Religion. Through her personal story, Cindy shares how God led her from striving to earn His approval into the freedom, rest, and intimacy found in a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ. Her testimony is one of healing, transformation, and discovering the grace of God in a deeper way. If you’ve ever felt weighed down by expectations, perfectionism, religious performance, or the pressure to “do more” to be enough, Cindy’s message will encourage your heart and point you back to the rest that is found in Christ Alone.
The weather tried to put a damper on June’s event, but we still had a great turnout and the Lord moved in a bunch of hearts. So go ahead and make plans to attend our July event. We’ll enjoy a good Independence Day meal, powerful worship, a moving testimony, and free door prizes.
This event is recommended for ladies 16 and up, as some of the testimonies shared can be sensitive to little ears. But if you’re comfortable with bringing your younger daughters, please feel free to bring them. We do not provide childcare at this time, but we do have a kids section with arts and crafts available for them.

Ladies Fellowship Nights (May)
Our guest speaker will be Stephanie Jones. She is the author of “A Trip to Heaven” - Moving From Loss to Overcomer. She is a gifted teacher/speaker and has such a heart for women from all walks of life, but especially those who have experienced great loss. She will be sharing with us a fire testimony about how God never leaves us and how He is especially close to the broken-hearted.
Come hungry because we provide a free meal…not snacks ya’ll…I’m talking meat and two sides! And of course something sweet for dessert.

Ladies Fellowship Nights (April)
Have you ever had someone ask you, “If God is so good, why did He allow this or that to happen to a good person.” How did you respond? Lots of times we panic when asked something like this and end up giving a negative answer that only brings forth more questions or even more doubt. Maybe you’ve had these questions yourself but didn’t quite know how to ask it. Well this month we’ll have Nancy Rush walking us through the book of Genesis to hopefully answer these kinds of questions and to also equip us with the knowledge to lift up and encourage someone who is struggling in their faith.

Ladies Christmas Party
It’s the most wonderful time of the year - and what better way to celebrate than gathering with your sisters in Christ for an evening of laughter, love, and holiday cheer!
Join us for a cozy Christmas party filled with warm drinks, sweet fellowship, and festive fun. We’ll be doing a coffee mug gift exchange (bring a wrapped mug to swap!). For food, get your creative juices flowing as we’ll be doing a “Bring your own Charcuterie Board” style dinner -bring your favorite meats, cheeses, fruits, or sweets or whatever your heart fancies.
